The last few weeks Netflix has been taking quite a hit in subscribers dropping the service because of some bonehead pricing and structure increases. Now today the CEO of Netflix, Reed Hastings, has sent out a mess of an apology letter making things much worse. They are going to spin off the DVD service and rename it as Qwikster and make Netflix only streaming. The streaming on Netflix currently is awful in regards to content. Obviously, what Reed is not telling is that they are ultimately getting rid of the DVD service.
